Gibbs Pharmacy: July 2017–March 2020

  • Managed annual marketing budget of $14,000 

  • Designed engaging social media content resulting in 75% increase in followers

  • Created a website with developers that increased online prescription renewals by 200% in 6 months

  • Coordinated a campaign that awarded the pharmacy “Best Local Pharmacy” 3 years in a row

  • Contracted and credentialed pharmacy with Medicare for DSME billing resulting in profit increase of $100+ per patient

  • Pioneered clinical pharmacy billing with Tenncare (Medicaid) to bill services as a provider

  • Partnered with DrugFree WilCo and Wilson County Sheriff’s Office to implement the county’s first “drug take-back” program that collected and disposed of 113.8 pounds of unused drugs
