Strategy & Discovery
After booking your project, you’ll complete a comprehensive questionnaire to kickstart the research! Once we’ve identified your vision, I’ll begin with competitor audits, customer analysis, and pulling together inspiration for your mood board and creative brief. I dive deep to build a visual and strategic foundation for your wedding collateral. This is totally your time to shine! Be extremely transparent and let me know exactly what you love, and of course what you don’t love. Be extra specific about why! Once you are head-over-heels in love with the project, we can move on to develop your very own design assets. You are welcome to invite your wedding planner to collaborate during this phase!
Design
In my favorite phase of a project, this is when your goals, strategy, and visual direction will come together. I will develop a strategic and intentional campaign guided by my research. For a bride, I’ll begin by designing a custom wedding logo/monogram that can be used for a keepsake for years to come. This logo will set the tone for the wedding and once approved, helps establish our design direction for the save the dates, wedding invitations, welcome gifts, and other paper goods. I will present my ideas in a 1:1 presentation, where I walk you through the strategy and creative decisions and showcase mockups that help you visualize your new concept.
Delivery
As we work together to refine your desired concept, I’ll finalize the rest of your design suite. I will work with the print companies and product manufacturers to ensure that all designs have the appropriate specs so that the delivery of your materials is seamless. Then I’ll package and send your final files through email before we celebrate your special day!

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I just get invitations?
No. Don’t get me wrong, I love designing invitations, but there is just so much more to wedding designs. An invitation is only a small piece of the puzzle. A consistent visual identity suite (logo alternatives, color palette, typography, illustrations, patterns, etc) are essential to developing your wedding image. I do not offer A La Carte options.
Why is it so expensive?
Design is an INVESTMENT, not an expense. What I do is valuable and I do it with a passion! Good design can impact the overall experience you are offering your guests. Good strategic design ensures that every area of your wedding matches seamlessly, down to the napkins you use at your reception. Your investment goes towards not only legitimate visual designs, but also access to a creative professional and guidance! Most importantly, your investment buys you the gift of time! You won’t have to spend hours pulling your hair out while you try to learn a new design program or fight with yourself over matching colors. I take care of all things design while you focus on the other important details of your special day.
Can you work with my wedding planner?
Yes! While it is not mandatory, I actually prefer that your wedding planner be present for the strategy and discovery phase of my design process. This ensures that the vision you have established with your planner are cohesive as you pass off the design leg work to me. Your planner will have the opportunity to offer their professional insight and share ideas, mood boards, product suggestions, etc so that your special day is beautiful and cohesive.
Do you print and produce the materials in the design suite?
No. Unfortunately I do not offer printing and manufacturing of any designed collateral. My specialty is design. All of the materials prepared for a bride will be shared as digital files to either the planner, bride or the printing and manufacturing companies. The prices quoted in this package and any proposals are for DESIGN ONLY. The printing and manufacturing companies will have additional pricing for the products that you select. I will work with the companies to ensure that all designs meet the spec requirements for production.
